TERM: Net 30 days, FOB our nearest distributions center (Los Angeles, CA)

FREIGHT TERMS: Orders of 10 cases or more at customers' cost are shipped prepaid within the Continental United State when routed by regular carrier of our choice. Small shipments will be sent by surface Parcel Post or United Parcel Service unless otherwise specified. Charges will be added to invoice, if the total is less than 10 cases. (For Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico - orders of 10 cases or more shipped prepaid to the border).

OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS: Orders of 10 cases or more shipped freight prepaid to the closest USA port of departure.

FULL WARRANTY: Cal Lock warrants all products it manufacturers and sells against mechanical defects. We do not warrant against defects due to improper installation or against consequences on use for which our products were not designed. Due to finish limitations (e.g.: exposure to natural elements, pollution, perspiration, extreme climates, frequency of use, etc) Cal Lock does not guarantee the finish of any products. All Cal Lock’s locks are warranted to be free from mechanical defects for ten to twenty five years from the original date of purchase (differentiate from product).

RETURN POLICY: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee after seven days of receiving merchandise. If a mechanical defect occurs during the applicable warranty period, Return Good Authorization (RGA) Number shall be required for all return items. All return items should be returned to Cal Lock at 14240 Don Julian RD, Unit B City of Industry, CA 91746 with the RGA number and credit would be issued based on our actual received per our receiving department. The freight cost of returning the items will not be reimbursed by Cal Lock.

CLAIMS: Claims are to be reported within ten days after receipt of merchandise. All products are packed in approved containers and our responsibility of damaged merchandise ceases upon carrier acceptance. If products are damaged or lost in transit, claims should be filed against signed carrier.

Q: Can you tell me about the specification of Tubular Lock ?

A: For Tubular lock, the door thickness is 35mm (1 3/8") to 55mm (2 1/8"). The bore diameters for Locksets 54mm (2 1/8"), and Latch 22.2mm (7/8"). The front of Deadbolt is 57mm (2 1/4") x 25.4mm (1"). Backset (adjustable) is 60mm (2 3/8"), 70mm (2 3/4"). Cylinder is Brass 5 Pin Tumbler Mechanism. Rekeyable to most lock of MFGS.

Q: How many finishes are available?

A: Polished Brass (PB), Antique Brass (AB), and Stainless Steel (SS), Satin Nickel (SN), Antique Nickel (AN)

Q: How many cylinder for deadbolt are available ?

A: They are available on single cylinder and double cylinder

Q: Can I pay the order with credit card?
